Col Ravi Raj Patil, an ex defence officer with service of 9 years in Infantry and 14 years in Military Intelligence. Trained defence officers in intelligence and security subjects at Military Intelligence College, Pune and Earned a few awards for gallantry during service. A postgraduate in management from Pune University, has 2 years corporate service in security, logistics, adminstration at country head level. Has 10 plus years experience in outbound experiential learning with over 450 programs to his credit. A avid adventure enthusiast.

Col H T Jagadish, a NDA alumnus, is a graduate engineer and has done his post-graduation in Human Resources Management. He has served in the EME corps of the Indian Army for over 20 years. Besides commanding a large number of defence and civilian personnel, he is also qualified in Psychology. He had a tenure of 4 years in the Services Selection Board as a Group Testing Officer. He brings in 12 plus years of experience in outbound experiential  learning, with over 500 programs to his credit. He leads the Assessment and Development Centre.

A very perceptive guy !

Col CS Prabhu, a NDA alumnus, was commissioned into the Indian Army’s elite corps of Infantry and took voluntary retirement after 25 years of service. Has 4 years of experience in outbound experiential learning field with over 200 programs to his credit. In the army, he gained rich experience in training Gentlemen Cadets at the prestigious Indian Military Academy, command of combat troops and in recruitment for the army, among other aspects of military service.
